Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it personally before dispatch. If a fragrance sells out between your order and our confirmation, we'll refund you in full.

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), with optional display in AED for reference. The charged amount is always the EGP figure. Prices can change without notice, but not for orders already placed.

Cash on Delivery or Instapay. For Instapay, orders remain in "pending payment" until we receive the transfer to 01063247011 and match it to your order reference.

Timelines and coverage are described on our Shipping page. We do our best. Delays caused by the courier or force majeure are outside our control.

Place your order as usual. Your courier brings a sample of your chosen fragrance for you to smell before accepting the bottle. Love it? Keep it. Not your scent? Hand the bottle back, with no delivery or return fee.

Available in Egypt and UAE for cash on delivery and Instapay where available. Standard delivery charges apply only if you keep your order. Your 50% Instapay deposit is fully refundable if you decline the order after trying the sample. No delivery or return fee is deducted.

Fragrance is subjective, and the way it develops on your skin can differ from how it smells in the bottle. That's part of the experience. The doorstep trial uses a separate sample, not your full bottle. After accepting your order, opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

The Darwish name, logo, product names, photography, and copy are the property of Maison Darwish. Please don't reproduce them without written permission. We are usually happy to say yes if you ask.
