Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it personally before dispatch. If a fragrance sells out between your order and our confirmation, we'll refund you in full.
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), with optional display in AED for reference. The charged amount is always the EGP figure. Prices can change without notice, but not for orders already placed.
Cash on Delivery or Instapay. For Instapay, orders remain in "pending payment" until we receive the transfer to 01063247011 and match it to your order reference.
Timelines and coverage are described on our Shipping page. We do our best. Delays caused by the courier or force majeure are outside our control.
Fragrance is subjective, and the way it develops on your skin can differ from how it smells in the bottle. That's part of the experience. Because of hygiene rules, opened bottles cannot be returned.
The Darwish name, logo, product names, photography, and copy are the property of Maison Darwish. Please don't reproduce them without written permission. We are usually happy to say yes if you ask.
