Darwish is small, and your information is treated like it belongs to a friend, because it usually does.
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and, if you share it, your Instagram handle. That's it. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no third-party profiling.
To fulfill your order, to send you updates on delivery, and to reach you if there's a problem. Your Instagram handle is optional. It just makes it easier to DM you when we need to confirm something.
Only the Darwish team. We share your address with our delivery courier so they can reach you. We never sell, rent, or trade your details, not to marketers, not to anyone.
Order records are kept for as long as we're legally required to (accounting), and so we can help you if you come back. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by messaging @darwishfragrances.
This site uses one small piece of local storage, to remember what's in your cart between visits. That's it. No analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.
