Orders inside Cairo and Giza typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Delivery outside the capital takes 3–5 business days, depending on the governorate.
Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Shipping is calculated at checkout by delivery zone: 70 EGP to Cairo and Giza, 110 EGP to all other governorates, and a flat 30 AED to any of the seven emirates. No hidden fees, no markup on the courier rate.
Orders of 3 bottles or more ship free anywhere in Egypt.
You can pay with Cash on Delivery or Instapay. For Instapay, transfer the order total to 01063247011 and send us the screenshot on Instagram to confirm.
Once your order is dispatched, we message you directly on WhatsApp or Instagram with the courier's tracking number and an estimated delivery window. No account required. You'll always hear from a real person, not a bot.
Because fragrance is personal, we accept returns only on unopened, unsealed bottles within 7 days of delivery. If your bottle arrived damaged or you received the wrong scent, we cover the full cost of the exchange. Just message us within 48 hours with a photo.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned bottle being received.
