Orders inside Cairo and Giza typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Delivery outside the capital takes 3–5 business days, depending on the governorate.
Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Shipping is calculated at checkout by delivery zone: 70 EGP to Cairo and Giza, 110 EGP to all other governorates, and a flat 30 AED to any of the seven emirates. No hidden fees, no markup on the courier rate.
Orders of 3 bottles or more ship free anywhere in Egypt.
Pay with Cash on Delivery across Egypt and UAE, or Instapay for Egypt orders. For Instapay, transfer a 50% deposit to 01063247011 and upload your screenshot at checkout or send it on Instagram. Pay the balance on delivery if you keep your order.
Once your order is dispatched, we message you directly on WhatsApp or Instagram with the courier's tracking number and an estimated delivery window. No account required. You'll always hear from a real person, not a bot.
Place your order as usual. Your courier brings a sample of your chosen fragrance for you to smell before accepting the bottle. Love it? Keep it. Not your scent? Hand the bottle back, with no delivery or return fee.
Available in Egypt and UAE. Standard delivery charges apply only if you keep your order. Your 50% Instapay deposit is fully refundable if you decline the order after trying the sample. No delivery or return fee is deducted.
After accepting your order, we accept returns only on unopened, sealed bottles within 7 days of delivery. If your bottle arrived damaged or you received the wrong scent, we cover the full cost of the exchange. Just message us within 48 hours with a photo.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned bottle being received.
